Treat all Potential Matches, and staff, with respect and courtesy, regardless of differences in background, preferences, or beliefs. Maintain professionalism in all interactions with agency staff, fellow clients, and potential matches. Avoid inappropriate or offensive language, behavior, or gestures. Respect boundaries. 

Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself in your profile and interactions with others. Misrepresentation or dishonesty is not tolerated.

Prioritize safety and exercise caution when interacting with other Potential Matches. Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior to the agency administrators staff immediately or law enforcement (if warranted).

Respect the confidentiality of other clients and their personal information shared within the agency or to you directly. Gossiping, discussing potential matches with others is prohibited. Do not post on social media while engaging with potential matches unless mutually agreed.

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated. The service is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all Potential Matches. Respect all Potential Matches .

Engage in respectful and constructive communication with other Potential Matches and agency staff. Avoid inflammatory language, insults, or derogatory remarks. 

Provide feedback to the administrators or agency staff regarding any concerns, issues, or suggestions for improvement. Report any violations of the code of conduct promptly. Provide constructive feedback to the agency regarding your matchmaking experiences, preferences, and concerns. Open and honest communication facilitates the refinement of the matchmaking process and improves the overall experience for all clients. In addition to providing feedback, be open to receiving constructive advice. Furthermore, take responsibility for your actions and behavior on the platform or within the agency. 

If you decide to enter an exclusive relationship outside the agency, promptly inform the agency to put your matchmaking on hold. Transparency ensures the agency's efforts are focused appropriately.

Demonstrate commitment to the matchmaking process by actively participating in consultations, providing feedback, and being open to potential matches suggested by the agency. Understand that finding compatible matches may take time and patience. We will work diligently to find you a match as closely to your expectations as possible. Trust the process and remain optimistic.
